WCELA Submissions on Modernizing the National Energy Board

This submission outlines key recommendations from West Coast Environmental Law Association in response to the federal government's Environmental and Regulatory Reviews Discussion Paper, particularly as it pertains to the National Energy Board. Building on our recommendations to the Expert Panel appointed to review the NEB, the submission outlines priority issues of particular concern in the Discussion Paper as they relate to building a modern, trustworthy lifecycle energy regulator.
